Help with access, playback, and payment

Email

Every plan. The only channel on the 1-month plan.

Write with your order reference for login, payment, or playback. We do not collect your email at checkout — you write from an address you control.

Telegram

3-month, 6-month, and 1-year plans.

Direct Telegram is on your order receipt after payment. The 1-month plan uses email only. Same member login as every other plan.

Streaming, up to 4K

• Browsers: Chrome, Brave, Safari, and Edge. Best for high-bitrate streams up to 4K.
• If it stalls after a long pause: refresh the page. Playback URLs use time-limited tokens; a reload issues a new one and playback continues.
• Connection: streams up to 4K need a stable line, typically 15–25 Mbps.
• No app: it plays in the browser. Nothing extra to install.

Member login

• Where is the login? Username and password appear on your private order page when payment confirms.
• Keep them: bookmark that page or save the details. We do not collect email, so that page is your record.
• Sign in: use Member login. One library, the same for every plan.
• Lost login: there is no automatic reset. Email us with your order reference.

Crypto checkout

• Coins: BTC, LTC, BNB, DOGE, BCH, and DASH. Send only on the network shown at checkout.
• When it confirms: 1 to 3 network confirmations, usually 2 to 10 minutes. Login is released automatically.
• No auto-renew: no card, no bank statement, no recurring charge. Access lasts for the plan you bought.

Devices

• Phones and tablets: iPhone, iPad, and Android, in the browser.
• Desktop and TV: PC, Mac, Linux, and Smart TV browsers, including fullscreen.
• Resume: the player remembers where you stopped and continues from that second.
• Speed: 0.5x, 1x, 1.25x, 1.5x, and 2x.
